Celebrating Karl Lewis Receiving the All Clear

We are absolutely delighted to share some very special news with our team, clients, and wider community.

Karl Lewis, one of our skilled fabricators and a much-loved member of the Process Steels family, has officially been given the all clear following his battle with cancer.

Karl has been part of Process Steels since October 1998. For more than two decades he has shown unwavering loyalty, dedication, and craftsmanship, becoming not just a valued member of the team, but a true friend to many of us.

In January 2025, Karl was diagnosed with cancer. What followed was 12 months of treatment, strength, resilience, and determination. Throughout it all, Karl faced the challenge with the same quiet determination and courage that he brings to his work every day.

On 12th February 2026, we received the news we had all been hoping for. Karl has been given the all clear.

It is difficult to put into words just how much this means to everyone at Process Steels. Karl is more than a colleague. He is part of our family. His strength over the past year has been inspiring, and we are incredibly proud to see him come through the other side.

There have been celebrations all round at our Walsall facility, and rightly so.

Karl, we are all behind you, and we could not be happier to share this wonderful news.
